Unlike conventional self-hypnosis or visualization techniques, which typically work by adding positive suggestions on top of existing negative programming, 7th Path begins by clearing the ground first. Old limiting beliefs, emotional residue from the past, and the subconscious patterns that have been quietly running your life are gently released before new, empowering suggestions are introduced.
This process is known as Emptying the Cup — and it makes all the difference.
Why Most Self-Hypnosis Falls Short

How It Works
7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is practised twice daily — typically for a short period in the morning and afternoon — as well as briefly before sleep. The practice takes only minutes, yet its effects accumulate powerfully over time.
The system is learned directly from a certified 7th Path Teacher in private one-on-one sessions or small group classes. Learning the technique with a trained guide ensures that you are doing it correctly from the very beginning — eliminating the uncertainty and self-doubt that comes with trying to learn self-hypnosis from a book or audio programme.
The learning process typically follows these steps:
An introduction to hypnosis — understanding how the subconscious mind works and why it matters
A live demonstration of hypnosis so you can see and experience it firsthand
Learning how the 7th Path system works and how to begin the cup-emptying process
Learning how to guide yourself into hypnosis and apply the 7th Path suggestions
Plenty of time for questions and hands-on practice
